Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
